Bethany & Alfie – Wedding Day Set-Up
Bethany & Alfie chose me to help with the set-up of their wedding day at Bassmead Manor Barns on 20th May 2026, allowing them to spend the morning focusing on what really mattered – being present, enjoying the excitement of the day, and knowing all of their carefully planned details were in safe hands.
Having sourced and planned all of their own décor, B & A simply needed someone they could trust to bring everything together on the morning of their wedding. That's where I stepped in.We started in the beautiful Rickety Barn, preparing the ceremony space ready for guests to arrive. This included styling the aisle décor, positioning florals, tying chair sashes, and placing reserved seating signs to ensure everything looked exactly as they had envisioned.
It was then on to the wedding breakfast space, where I dressed each table with chair sashes, napkins, place cards, favours and centrepieces, carefully following Bethany's plans to bring every detail together perfectly.Alongside this, I set up all of their additional styling areas, including the welcome signage, order of the day display, memory table and guest book station, ensuring each space was beautifully presented and ready for guests to enjoy.
I have to say, Bethany may just be one of the most organised brides I've ever worked with! Every box was clearly labelled, every detail had been thought through, and she even had backup items ready just in case. It made bringing her vision to life an absolute dream, and it was such a pleasure to see everything come together exactly as planned.
