Daniella & Jordan – Wedding Planning Assistance & Full Coordination
Daniella & Jordan chose me to be part of their big day on 30th April 2026, and what a day it was.Daniella herself works in the wedding industry as a hair & makeup artist, so she knew exactly how she wanted her wedding day to look, but just needed some added support to bring everything together seamlessly.We started with a consultation to explore D & J's vision for their wedding day and identify exactly what needed to happen behind the scenes to make it a reality.
From supplier recommendations to a full timeline deep dive, we worked through every detail together. As a hair & makeup artist, Daniella's wedding morning was especially important to her, so we carefully planned the schedule to ensure she had plenty of time for those special moments whilst still keeping everything running smoothly and on time.
D & J then had a beautiful ceremony at Ely Cathedral, where I coordinated guest arrivals, ensured everything ran to schedule, and managed the flow of events through to their incredible confetti exit. I was also lucky enough to be asked to sing during the signing of the register, which was such a special moment to be part of.It was then on to the gorgeous Hengrave Hall for drinks, canapés and a helicopter arrival. One word for this: WOW. I don't think any entrance can top this one!
Throughout the day, I was there to oversee the timeline, coordinate suppliers, organise group photographs, liaise with the venue and photographer, and make sure every part of the day flowed seamlessly from one moment to the next. Having someone dedicated to managing the schedule meant D & J could simply relax and enjoy their wedding day knowing everything was taken care of.
With a saxophonist entertaining guests, it was then time for their formal wedding breakfast in the courtyard at Hengrave Hall, featuring heartfelt speeches and the most elegant setup by GDC Events. I had the pleasure of introducing the newlyweds into their wedding breakfast and ensuring the afternoon ran smoothly and to schedule.
After dinner, we enjoyed a second cocktail hour with dancing glitter ball performers before heading into the evening celebrations.
As part of my coordination role, I also introduced D & J's first dance before everyone joined them on the dance floor to dance the night away.
As a wedding coordinator, I'm there throughout the day to manage timings, coordinate suppliers, guide guests, keep everything running smoothly, and step into the role of MC whenever needed - allowing couples to be fully present and enjoy every moment of their wedding day.
To top it all off, I had the honour of working with some of the best in the industry, all mentioned below.
