T & R's Trendy London Wedding - Guided Planning Package & On-the-Day Coordination.
T & R originally booked me to help coordinate their intimate wedding day in London and manage on the day logistics for suppliers and guests whilst coordinating the ceremony, music and moving from the ceremony location at Camden Town Hall to The Original Ivy for their formal dinner and reception.
After a couple months they added on my Guided Planning Assistance option, to advise on important details and have me there as their go to person for any planning questions they had and supplier suggestions along the way.
To finally see their special day come together, was a moment I am truly grateful for and a day I will not soon forget!
With their venue booked, we worked together to bring their vision for their day together. With friends & family travelling from across the globe, our aim was for their day to be more than just a formal lunch. The final product? A trendy London wedding filled with laughter, captivating photo moments, and the most filled dance floor I’ve seen!
We started off at Camden Town hall for their ceremony, featuring floor to ceiling marble which created an elegant backdrop for their ceremony and added even more excitement as guests begun to arrive.
As big Swifties, it was no surprise their ceremony signing featured Taylor Swift, with their aisle entrance to 'So Easy' by Olivia Dean; A perfect description of their love for one another. Throughout the day, their love for one another was paramount and what an easy, beautiful love it is.
Their vows were so beautifully written that I teared up hearing the sentiments that they shared with their guests present to witness. From Renata vows - 'Our love feels like a script from a romcom, but it’s actually our reality.' No better words could sum up the effortless love they have for one another.
After their ceremony, it was into the famous confetti shot, surrounded by their loved ones with central London and a classic red bus as their backdrop before heading on to The Original Ivy for their formal dinner.
@flowersby.by.joe made the most beautiful florals for their centre pieces to really elevate the space, that much more. With classic cocktails, and the option of a Photo booth available on arrival, it was no surprise that guests were soon partying.
Before dinner could finish, guests were up partying and enjoying the day, just the way T & R hoped they would. (I may have joined in for a cheeky dance or two also! After all, it is a wedding!)
Following on with heartfelt speeches, more dancing and one final confetti shot, T & R's big day came to a close. Their day made me want to do my wedding all over again!
